Original installation for semi-automatic welding of bodies of rotation in the environment of carbon dioxide a continuous and powder wire.

It is intended for welding of ring seams of the following types of connections:

- butt with cutting and without cutting of edges;

- angular and nakhlestochny.

Features of the KU010 installation:

- provides rotation of a product and giving of a welding wire on two seams with smooth adjustment of speeds;

- smooth regulation of welding current;

- has a possibility of adjustment on four fixed welding modes;

- it is equipped with devices for the general and local suction of aerosols;

- it is programmed on automatic shutdown at the end of welding of a product.
