Uniform giving of a wire

The powerful and exact drive of the feeder of a wire with a digital control allows to achieve excellent results even when using a welding torch 5 m long.

Convenient in movement

Thanks to the strong transport mechanism with big, easily moving wheels, the equipment can maneuver and move without problems on a workshop and on a building site. Also devices are suitable for transportation with

the help of the crane or stacking loader (since 250-4).

Reliable ignition

Speed of giving of a wire, up to ignition of an electric arch, is automatically regulated by function of slow giving of a wire of REHM. At the same time ignition process significantly improves due to optimum control of an electronic adjustable throttle. Besides the speed of slow giving of a wire can change, if necessary, manually.

Stable electric arch

Continuous control of tension of a network and compensation of fluctuations of a network provides a uniform, stable electric arch and consequently, the best results of welding.

Lack of sticking

Thanks to controlled management of giving of a welding wire the constant departure of a wire and automatic control of time of ignition of a welding wire is guaranteed. Thus sticking to the welded product or on a tip of a welding torch is prevented. Time of ignition of a welding wire can, besides, if necessary change manually.

Purge gas after the end of welding

The purge time set by the program gas after the end of welding can change, if necessary, manually.
