Industrial automatic welding semiautomatic devices of YD are intended for welding of low-carbonaceous, carbonaceous and stainless steel in the environment of protective gases. Thanks to the original Sinergic Panasonic technology stability of a welding arch is reached, spraying of metal is excluded during welding process.
Functions:
Sinergic Panasonic (Sinergic mode) - automatically regulates the speed of giving of a wire according to its diameter and tension of welding, and also exercises effective control behind welding process depending on diameter of a welding wire and its type.
"Torch" - protection of the water-cooled welding torch against an overheat at decrease in a stream of cooling liquid.
"GAS check" - control supply of gas until welding.
"Inching" - the convenient mode allowing to make a broach of a welding wire when changing coils.
"Wire Material" - a possibility of the choice of a continuous or flux welding wire (f 0,9 - 1,6 mm depending on device model).
Wire feeder YW - the easy, compact feeder of a wire with the strengthened mechanism of a broach of a welding wire. The opened, facilitated design with the panel of remote control of parameters of welding provides high mobility of the feeder of a welding wire.
The ampermeter and the voltmeter - facilitate setup of the device in the manual mode.
