Program of practical training
Arc welding of steel and stainless steel not melting electrode
The recommended time for practical training:

The expected results on the termination of the courses G1-6 (In brief):
· To adjust source of welding current according to task
· To effectively manage/control source of welding current
· To be able to do qualitative angular and connection seams at different types of connections and welding positions as in the tables G1-G6 as normal welding and welding with building up
· To visually estimate own work and to take independent actions for correction of mistakes in process of opportunities
During the course G1 trained are also obliged to visit theory lessons.
Practical training will be given in groups on 10 people, with presence no more than 2 groups at the same time on site of practical training.
On the termination of the courses G2 (angular seams), G4 (connection seams), G6 (welding of pipes) will be carried out qualification examinations and examination-papers (the welded designs) will be appropriately tested. The student will not be able to pass to the following course (or to graduate from school if G6) if it to fail at qualification examinations. However he can repeat examination not less than in week after the previous attempt.
The training price at school has included the cost of carrying out examinations and tests of the first attempts for each examination. Besides the student has the right for 1 free repeating an examination which can be used only once for repeating an examination on G2 or G4 or G6 (one free attempt not to each examination, and one to everything).
